Jelena Melnichenko, EA is the co-founder and principal of K&M Tax Solutions, a boutique tax advisory firm based in Southwest Florida. As an EA or Enrolled Agent, Jelena federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. With a solid foundation in accounting and taxation, she specializes in helping individuals and small to medium-sized businesses navigate complex tax matters with confidence and clarity. Jelena’s expertise and focus areas include domestic and international tax compliance, information reporting of foreign financial assets, foreign investments, pensions, and trusts. She has in-depth knowledge of U.S. international taxation and is particularly skilled in assisting clients with the often-overlooked nuances of cross-border tax issues. Her understanding of the complex reporting requirements under FATCA, FBAR, and other international disclosure regimes makes her a trusted advisor for clients with global financial interests.
