Education and biography
Alina Alexandra Risser is a Principal at K&M Tax Solutions. Ms. Risser focuses her practice on the areas of taxation such as inheritance, estate, GST, and gift tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 8971, Form 3520, and 3520-A, etc.), estate planning and trust administration (including revocable living trusts, pot trusts, spousal access trusts, charitable trusts, special needs), probate, guardianship administration (for adults with disabilities and minors), will/trust contests and litigation (including citations to discover and recover assets), complex estate and guardianship accountings, retirement plans and asset protection, business succession.
She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law; Juris Doctor degree (Certificate in Elder Law) from The John Marshall Law School (a/k/a UIC); and ABA-Approved Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Studies Program Certificate with Honors from Roosevelt University.
Ms. Risser furthered her education by studying for European Master of Laws (LL.M.) and European Master of Comparative Public Administration (E.M.P.A.) from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Leuven, Belgium), and Vienna University (Vienna, Austria). She earned her Master’s in Jurisprudence (with Honors), summa cum laude, and Ph.D. degree in International Law and European Union Law from Kazan Federal University Law School (Kazan, Russia).
Ms. Risser resides with her family in South Venice, Florida. She is a professional chess player.
